To book a room we take a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation including the 14.45% room tax.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel 21 days or more before your arrival date 90% your deposit will be refunded (10% retained to cover handling costs)
If you cancel 20 days or less before your arrival date your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
